You will receive detailed instructions. Follow them. 
Each step you complete with certification, send me an email you have completed. 
Once you have completed everything for certification, email me.

Step 1: Register

 

You must use Internet Explorer version 10 or higher or You can also use Google Chrome

TURN OFF AUTO FILL on your computer (where it auto fills in your information)

This is Very Important!

MAKE SURE THAT IT IS YOUR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE FIRST PAGE AND THE SECOND PAGE BEFORE YOU GO TO THE NEXT PAGE
DO NOT START AND THEN STOP.  

You are only allowed 1 reset and that is all
DO NOT use the BACK button while doing registration. 
TAKE YOUR TIME to make sure you put everything in correctly before moving to the next page. 

 

Please make sure that you are entering the phone number in your application that you will be calling from to do your Vocal Demo.

 

If the system returns an error message stating your “Previous Application Found” you need a reset. This is because you either hit the back button or did not complete registration and went back to it. 

 

Once you submit the registration you will IMMEDIATELY receive an email from ACD to complete your Vocal Demo and System Properties screenshot.  Please read each step CAREFULLY and complete these instructions.

 

The information you put in (name, email, phone number) MUST match EXACTLY how you submitted your registration form.

 

You MUST enter “KAHLCENTER” as your answer for “How did you learn about ACD Direct?”

Follow the instructions to add the ACD email addresses as a safe sender in your email program. This will prevent important emails from ending up in your Spam or Junk folders. Follow the steps provided by ACD on where to locate the settings. Then add the following as safe senders: contracting@acddirect.com •  certification@acdsupport.com

 

Step 2: Voice Demo

 

Once your registration has been received and processed, you will receive your vocal demo email from ACD with the call instructions. 

Practice the voice demo script MANY times before you do it.
Read it to someone. Read it out loud. 
Take your time BUT don’t go too slow. 
If you get cut off, it’s okay. You have 120 seconds to read it. 
ENUNCIATE! 
THIS IS LIKE A JOB INTERVIEW. Take the Vocal Demo seriously. 
NO BACKGROUND NOISE
Do not use a cell phone unless you have perfect service
Make sure you say the phone number that you are CALLING FROM in the vocal Demo.

 

Step 3: System Property Screenshots

 

Take a screenshot of your computer system properties. Save the file and name it “System”. Email the screenshot to prescreen@acddirect.com, and CC me @topnotchsolutions13@gmail.com on the email as well.

 

DO NOT submit your screenshot until AFTER you have received your vocal demo instructions. 

From here you will get instructions from ACD as to the next steps after your vocal has been reviewed and passed.  This is usually within 24 hours of submitting.

Then you will get your next instructions from ACD Direct.  But here is an overview of what to expect for stage 2.

 

Stage 2:

Onboarding Uploads  (antivirus, Malware/spyware/proof of location/System Properties)

 

Once you have completed your uploads to the Gateway, send me an email to let me know it has been completed Make sure you upload all 4 documents ONE AT A TIME! Do not try to upload all of them at the same time. It will only accept one. Once you have uploaded one and saved it, go back and upload the next one and repeat until all of them have been uploaded. 
MAKE SURE YOUR Date of birth is updated and correct under your profile on the Gateway. This MUST be done before 10/22/2017 you can move to Stage 3.

 

 

Stage 3: Certification

Once all of your uploads have been received you will receive an email from ACD Direct with certification instructions for the self-paced training. Once the training certification is complete you will be required to do a test call and expect to go live 11/6/17-11/16/17
